ABOUT OUR FARM

Andromeda Equestrian Centre is a facility that operates year round, offering a riding school programme, children's day camps, boarding training and horse sales.

The farm is located on 50 acres of rolling farmland, in a quiet area south east of London, central to the communities of Belmont, Dorchester and Ingersoll.

Easy access to the 401 highway makes AEC within 15 minutes of the city limits of London.

AEC features three barns, two indoor arenas, and four outdoor rings.  The main barn is connected to a bright arena with large windows.  Four large mirrors in the arena help the rider continue to improve their position. Running alongside the arena there are large well-ventilated box stalls where the school horses are stabled.  Close by, is the school tack room keeping the tack clean and organized.  Overlooking the arena is a cozy lounge, which serves many purposes throughout the year for camps, meetings or just for a comfortable place to relax.

There are four outdoor riding rings.  Conveniently close to the arena is an enclosed sand ring which measures 150 X 100.  Three other rings are located in a picturesque valley.  Two show sand rings and one fenced warm up ring are centrally placed on the infield of our 1/4 mile racetrack.  This quiet secluded location makes it a wonderful place for the horse and rider to school or have a lesson.
